Hi everyone!
I've been offered a promising job in Belgium, but am curious how much I will have left after tax....I'd be working for a US company and live in Belgium as a EU passport holder(UK). My prospected salary would be EUro 45K before tax...If anyone could help out with a percentage that would be great!
Thanks in advance~Marc

let's see... if you have about 3300€ gross monthly, you'll get to keep at least 1850€... or somehting like that depending on whether you have kids... income taxes are scandalously high around here (ceiled at 50% from around 2500€ gross on... used to be up to 55%)
I've got to be honest... Belgium is not kind on active people... shops close early, so do banks and postal offices, etc. while income taxes are sky-high.... in effect this place is created to cater to people on benefits.
