    Hi Fellow members

    I have the following situation:

I have 30% ruling issued fpor 10yrs and used it for 7 years.

My present company was bought by another company. This company is not registered with IND.
Does anybody know the procedure for this so that I can ask my future company HR to register with IND so that I can still use my 30% ruling. Otherwise, I will be poorer by few hundreds of Euros per month, which will be tough for me.My new company is told me to enquire myself for this :(.

What would be the time line to get registered with IND for any company? and the procedure?

Your help in this is much appreciated.

    HI
    The answers for your questions
1& 2. As far as I know the naturalisation is nothing to do with your job. But you need to be officially in NL to get the citizenship.
    3. PR will take approximately 4 months after you applied
    Hope this helps

Being a dutch citizen doesn't affect your ruling, you can still have it for 4 years.
But, if you also change job at the same time, I think two affects: one is you'll need to meet the minimum salary requirement, two is you'll have only 2 years left? I'm not so sure about the second as I also read somewhere that as long as you passed the first 5 years the new regulation doesn't apply to you. Hope someone else can confirm....  more

    Dear Experienced Members

I am from India and cleared my inburgering and applied for the Nationality in Novemeber. They simply gave me one document mentioning that it may take 6-12 months.

But I would like to know how this works.

    The following are my questions:

    1. Do I get any letters from Gemeente or from IND in between? if so at what intervals(approximately)? I applied on 2nd of  Novemeber

    2. Is there any way I can know my application status?

    3. If you loose your job during the procedure, what will happen to the procedure?

    4. Is there any possibility to move to another country during the naturalization process and still can get nationality?

    5. My wife has a job till 2013. what will happen to the procedure If I stay in The Netherlands without a job basis my wife's income?

Would be great if any one can clarify the above
