Yep, still going strong! I don't always make it as I've moved further away now but there's been a good turnout recently. You'd be very welcome!

English-language playgroup for kids 0-3 in Berlin
Our English-language playgroup is looking for new members as quite a few of the older kids are about to head off to kindergarten.

We meet Monday mornings (except public holidays) from around 10-12 in the annex behind St. George's Church, Preussenallee 17, Charlottenburg (Westend). This is a few minutes walk from the S-Bahn station Heerstr. (S75/S9) or bus routes X34, X49, 218 and M49. There is also plenty of parking.

Please don't be put off by the church venue: there's no religious affiliation, they're simply kind enough to offer the room, which is fairly large and contains boxes and boxes of toys for the kids to play with. All they ask in return is €2 per family and visit to offset the operating costs.

The group members rotate the opening duties and whoever opens brings something to eat for the kids and parents.
The regulars are mainly native speakers (UK, US, Australia, South Africa), but anyone who can speak English is welcome.

If you'd like more information, just PM me.

Otherwise, just come along - we look forward to meeting you!

    Hi everyone,
I can't guarantee that I'll make it tonight but I'll try! It'd be nice to see you all again.

    Hi,
Yes, the posts have become a bit erratic in recent weeks.
We were generally meeting once a week, but recently people have been very busy so we're meeting approximately every two.
We meet on Tuesdays at 9pm and the location is decided weekly - it's nice to try out new places.
In the next couple of weeks we could have a bit of competition from the World Cup (I for one will be watching England/Sweden on 20th)...
