I am planning on subscribing to a new internet service provider in Paris and I woud like to get one of the "boxes" which provides Internet, TV & Telephone from either Free, Orange, SFR (neuf) or one of the others. Which provides th best service for the money? I understand that the greatest variance in quality of service normally comes down to the telephone line quality and consistency of the internet connection.

Any help would be appreciated.
