You can only use your American driver's license in Belgium for up to 90 days (for tourists), after which you need to get an international license. However, if you are a resident, you have a full year that you can drive with your license, after that..you have to apply for a Belgian or EU license.

A valid EU license allows you to legally drive in the US. A month ago I rented a car in Dallas for a two week holiday and only brought my US passport and EU license as documents.
Is applying for an EU drivers license any different from applying for a Begian one? Which would you say is easier?
I'm a 26 year old American and I've only been living in Belgium for about 18 months now. I'm a real big fan of Nail Art and I would like to try and organize a nail party! It is a great way to pamper yourself, relax and it's a great activity to socialize! Bring your favorite colors and let see what we can make!
I'm doing this for 2 reasons! 1) I would like to meet other Expats 2) I really love painting nails
