Out of curiosity, why are you not surprised, sunnfun?
Anyone can. and might, use a server in any country: many people (eg forum users,etc) have no idea which servers they are using are based in. For example, there is no requirement for Expatica's servers to be based in Europe should they find a cheaper one in another part of the world.
Is the Netherlands problem to do with a lax reputation for pR0n servers, lack of laws regarding data, complete ignorance of many Dutch companies to understand the issues/laws relating to data and privacy, or some other reason? (not a troll post, just real curiosity why we'd be worse than others)
