Here are some residential camps which are simply in French, not specific French immersion.
For all these residential camps, you would need to contact them to ask if your daughter is allowed to attend as a non resident, as many get subsidies from the French Community government, so non residents might not be allowed to attend. There would also the question of having to provide proof of health and travel insurance which a resident wouldn't need to provide.
You can use the words "stage internat" to search "stage" is the word for "camp" and "internat" is the word for residential/overnight.
Your other option is to find a host family for a few weeks and day time camps, which are very very plentiful somewhere like Brussels and which start from as little as €80 for a 5 day week.
