  Thank God there is finally a real something where I can talk to gay people like me and gey help : Guys I have a big problem : I know a german guy and we love eachother so much and we want to be together so we thaught about gettin married and there the problems started , I found out he had no job at the embassy,and before that he had made me understand he had that job,anyways the visa for partnership was refused due to the fact that he had no job and then someone told him better to look for someone to sponsor me until he gets the job and we did it and was refused cuz the sponsor as far as i'm concerned and this is what i understood in the refusal letter,should be the person i want to marry !
  But last week things have changed and he got a nice job offer and he accepted it and went to the foreigner office where the visas decision for marriage are taken and we thaught things were going to be easy but they told him that he needs to show his job contarct which is not a big deal but also to show his bank draft from his job salary dirictly to his bank account and then he asked them why and they said i need this money when i'm there to live with !!! ! !!!! guys ! i don't want to wait more! i'm sick and tired and need help ! shall he discuts this matter with a lawyer ! i'm sure money in the bank is not a big thing, they are just making a problem and you all know why !!! or maybe shall we find someone else to sponsor me till i get there !!! what shall we do in my case !! please tell me !!!

  I'm not sure about Germany, but in the UK, it is necessary to prove that you can support yourself when you come over.. This can be demonstrated by permanent housing, bank statements, and income from your partner. My guess is that this is a similar requirement to what you're being asked for now. If necessary, you might have to wait a few weeks until there's enough money in the bank to demonstrate that you won't go homeless on arrival.

  there are some news in the story !! my partner went to the lawyer and he explained the situation and he mailed the foreigner office and they sent back a reply in 2 weeks saying sorry the rules are the rules ,he sent then a new mail and told them the german man is going to be sick and not happy in his moral if i ain't get there !!!!!! they have not since they any answer given ,but the lawyer told him 4 days ago by telephone how long he hasn't been working since his last job ! the foreigner office wants to know !!!!! since then now answer!!! don't know why they asked this questions?!!!! does it give any credibility that he is a serious man ,they are about taking a special case study and proceed with a postive answer?!!!no idea!!!!!

  Gay or lessbian is a individual decision and making a bias in them is something really very hurting, i am sure everybody should understand this and also try to adopt it, Atleast try is what i can say.
