Hello,
An odd situation: an employee of a French company who is resident in Germany and travels extensively internationally but only occassionally travels to France. Is that person responsible for (self-)paying health insurance, pension and tax to German organisations??
Can anyone point me to a good source of information on taxation and pension, healthcare issues for this situation?
