I used to give cooking lessons, mostly on Asian-style (Indian, chinese, Thai) curries, stirfries, etc. Special emphasis on vegetarian cuisine, though meat options are also available. USually shopping for stuff, recignising spices, and the actual cooking and presentation will be covered, and everyone gets a bunch of recipies to take home.
I'd love to start that again. Group of 3-5 are usually best for me.
