Friends in Rotterdam

Hi there. I moved to Holland a month ago and I'm really looking for female friends in the Rotterdam area. I do not speak Dutch and I find myself isolated, since my husband is working allday long and I don't have much to do.

I'm 30 years old, have a lot of interests and love life. I like going to the gym, walking around, meeting people, travelling and all kind of things. Looking forward hearing from you.

I'm quite a few years older than you are. I work everyday, but I am female and I live in Rotterdam. Give me a shout if you want to hangout. I try to hit the gym at least 4 times a week, sometimes more.

hey there, i too live in rotterdam, am 34 years old. i dont work either and dont speak dutch, so we are in the same boat. send me a PM and we can chat some more and maybe hang out some time.

I too am in Rotterdam. I am home everyday and will soon start to go stir crazy if I don't start to make friends and join a gym. I am in Hilligersberg.

Hi there everyone! I'm also 30 and live in Rotterdam. I go to the David Lloyd gym near hofplein if anyone's interested in joining me sometime. Or just to get together for a drink. I'm from Australia but I also speak Dutch.

Hey Cindarella - I had 2 weeks in town here by myself before starting work, and it can be tough when you dont know anyone. Ive now met a bunch of great dutch mates, so dont fear, you'll be right in no time.

Im aussie, 27yr, been here 6 months, terribly embarassing dutch, and also go to Akragon David Lloyds... a lot... still trying to lose those horrendous travelling kilos! I also do some runs and walks around the maas bridges, really lovely when the sun is out.

How about we all catch up for a drink? I dont mind Zin on the lijnbahn, or I know many people who stand by the Irish pub close to it (although Im dubious..) Can anyone do Thursday night? Say around 630pm? We can have a lowkey post-xmas ladies night!

NessaV, the muso, we should catch up at DLs.. I normally go mornings before work (around 7am )

Ouch!!! 7am....that's very early for a muso But I'll definately give it a go in the New Year! Otherwise a weekend run around the bridges sounds good too.
I'm off to germany for Christmas. I could make it for a drink on Friday the 28th?...

Not sure if anyone is planning to come along tonight...

Ill stick my head into Zin for 5 minutes at 6pm to see if anyone is around. Im short, dark hair, wearing a white jumper.. and due to a xmas cold, I look like Ive recently been hit by a truck
