  Am english, learning the language, hoping that there are some internationals in Heerhugowaard or surrounding areas?? - anywhere????

  Hmm Heerhugowaard, not very internationally oriented I m afraid..
  Alkmaar perhaps?

  There is an Alkmaar meetup group. They dont have activities as often as the A'dam one, but often enough. I live in Hoorn, by the way. Not THAT close to Herhugowaard but I guess its close enough
