It looks like I'll have to drive up from Portugal for work; I can't find anyone who will ship my tools both ways for a usable price.
So where will I park my Portuguese registered car?
I'll probably only use it a few times during my stay.
The park and ride has a 3 day maximum AND it's E8 per day.
My car is old and crappy, but the forgeign plate does call out for trouble.
Most likely I'll put it out in the free zone past sloterdilk station, or in Amsterdam North near the Central station ferry.
Recomendations welcome. I'm even willing to pay a small amount if I could get closer to Westerdok and /or have a little security.
Does anyone know if foreign plated cars now get speeding tickets? Not that I'm reckless, just wondering...
