  Hi,

  Anyone here familiar with the ins and outs on renting an unfurnished, long-lease apartment in Belgium?

  My plan is to rent a place long term, but I will only need to use it for part of the year. For the rest of the year would I be within my rights to sub-let the apartment to tourists on a weekly / monthly basis?

  Ask your landlord, up to him/her.
