  Hi,

  I rented a flat 4 weeks ago and have discovered that itis infested with rodents!  I am aware that AMS is such city but i am of the opinion that the Estate Agent should have informed me about it.  They stated that they weren't aware and there's nothing they can do!  Is there anything I can do about it?  Can you recommend a solicitor?

  Any advice much appreciated!
