in the topic Getting registered partner in the forum Legal Problems in the Netherlands
    Hi there,

I searched the forum and saw many answers around the topic, but couldn't find the exact answer.

Situation is; I've KM and she is not in the Netherlands, both are non-EU. I want to invite her with "request for advice form - the foreign national is your unmarried partner, and you reside in the Netherlands" article. So now, so good.

But the complicated part is, she was here with Erasmus Student Exchange program for 9 months (6 + 3 extended) she had her residence permit till the end of September 2009. But she finished her studies here and went back, gave residency card back to city hall and with giving the card back, she basically de-registered.

The question is, shall we inform in our application that she stayed in the Netherlands before? if so how? by attaching copies of her passport and copy of old residency card? or write additional letter?

Or shall we just keep our silence and apply just in the standard way?

    All answers are welcome

in the topic CDs & DVDs to sell in the forum Shopping in France
    Hello folks,

I've some cds and dvds from many genres (especially pop & rock) and I'm changing my collection totally into digital media. So my cd & dvd collection now is for sale. But honestly, I don't want to sell piece by piece..

Do you know any shops where I can sell all the cds in one go in Amsterdam or Den Haag?

    Regards,

in the topic %30 ruling and holiday payments in the forum Business and Finance in the Netherlands
    Hello all,

I've checked the forum but couldn't find an answer. The fact is, I already have %30 ruling for less than a year and willing to change my employer. I have some holiday payments saved, some holiday days which will be paid as money. So the amount (including my salary for the last month) will be almost 3 times of my salary.

The question is, will the %30 ruling apply for my holiday money, and holiday days payment?

Just one more question, I know that I can get the %30 ruling with my new employer, too. But what is the chance of bad luck to be refused in new application and loosing %30 ruling with new employer?

    Regards,
