REQUEST TO BE MY FOSTER PARENTS/GUARDIAN

I am Miss Mireille Baker, an Ivorian (i.e. from Cote d’Ivoire in West Africa ). please kindly permit me to inform you of my desire thatt you become my Guardian/Foster parents and then assist me out in what I am to disclose to you now. I’m doing this wit h the confidence that you shall not fail me, God willing.

I am the only daughter of Late Mrs. David Baker. I have just entered the University in my country where I am pursuing Economics. My father was before his death last year 2006, a wealthy Cocoa Merchant and also a Property/Real Estate investor here in my country. He died under mysterious circumstances not quite long after his trip with his elder brother and another of his business colleague. My mother died when I was very little. /

It is with trust that I wish to tell you a very confidential information about me, which is the very reason I’m humbly requesting that you please become my Guardian/Foster parents.Just 2 days before the death of my father, he secretly called me by his bed-side and disclosed to me that he has the sum of US$17.755Million (Seventeen Million, Seven hundred and fifty-five thousand U.S. Dollars) which he deposited in a domiciliary account in one of the prominent banks here in my country, Ecobank. He then confided in me that as his only daughter that he used my name as the next-of-kin to the said money.

My Father also strictly advised me not to seek for any assistance in the claim or investment of the money from his lawyer, his family members or even from anyone at his bank but that I should rather seek and get by myself, a foreigner that wil stand for me as a Guardian or Foster parents and then help me have the money transferred into his or her account for wise investment of the money. I shall then travel to settle permanently with the person in his or her country while he or she assists me as my foster parents/guardian in investing the money wisely in his or her country

the lawyer of my late father has called me of recent and made me to understand that he has concluded plans to assist me invest the money abroad.He went ahead to prepare some documents so thatt I can sign to enable him begin the claim and transfer processes. He then requested that I bring to him the original copy of the WILL that my father wrote concerning the money. I refused his offer and have ran away from the present place I have been staying so that he does not see me again and probably get me convinced to do his wish.

Most surprising now is tht after repeated appeals by my late father’s Banking Officer trying to convince me that he wants to quit his job and come out fully to assist me invest the money wisely in any country that I may desire, which I have always turned down his offer, the banking officer have just called me and told me that he is on a vacation and has been able to get for me someone that will assist me invest the money in London.

As I’m not comfortable with his arrangement because of the advice my late father gave me, I immediately told him not to wory and that I am actually even waiting for his return to the country, so that I give to him, my late father s Business Associate contact for this purpose. It’s because of all these recent happenings that I now decided to make arrangements and claim the money urgently before him and my late father’s lawyer connive and divert the money. This is why I’m requesting that you please be my Guardian/Foster parents, while this fund is transferred into your account..
