I might be an option for you in the cake stakes. My prices are not bargain basement, but neither is the quality or taste of my work. I can also guarantee that what I do is a million times better than any Dutch style cakes, which are of a similar price. When it comes to cake, I always advise my brides that serving a slice of good quality cake as the dessert of the meal is a good way of keeping costs down.
