    Need Stamrecht tax form help
    Hi everyone,
I am a Canadian whom was working for an American company here in NL for 12 years and they were bought out and I lost my job. The pay out was placed in a stamrecht BV for me but I am completely lost on what I am supposed to do and how to do it.

The Stamrecht was set up in early 2011 so this year is the first time I am supposed to do my taxes. My Dutch is really not very good and although the tax advisors whom set it up for me have been trying to help I am still so very lost....  more

The tax advisor I am with now will do the tax forms for the belastingdienst for me for free this year but then I am on my own. These advisors have not been very helpful and some of my ex-colleagues have filed a complaint towards them. I have since learned I did not understand everything I could do with my stamrecht and although it is all set up correctly for the most part and I will not incur any fines, I am not satisfied. I want to switch advisors for the next year or even possibly just get advise this year. I need p...    less

I ahve researched on the internet but I am not very savy in tax law even in English. trying to understand between all forms in Dutch is complicated.

Does anyone know a tax specialist whom can give me advise in English and thoroughly explain what I am supposed to do? Ineed real explanation in english step by step of what I can and cannot do. I am living in amersfoort and don't drive, so nearby would be the most helpful.

in the topic leaving NL.. trying to figure out marktplaats HELP in the forum Relocating to the Netherlands
Thanks to those whom mailed and helped out. I managed to get the internal TNT thing from markt plaats all filled in and off to my buyer. New experiences! whew! VERY nice program they have as to send from a TNT post office costs triple but using the online send feature is very cheap. happy happy camper today.

List of things for sale are in my first post in the link.

Have a great day everyone. And again thanks!

in the topic leaving NL.. trying to figure out marktplaats HELP in the forum Relocating to the Netherlands
Hi everyone. I have lost my job (made redundant) Somoving back to Canada. While I wait for my apartment to sell I am trying to sell things on Marktplaats. But I am a bit lost. Some people keep asking me if I will send them the product for sale via tnt. I am a bit confused on how to do this. In Marktplaats there seems to be a built in TNT thing that sends most things for only 6.75 Euro?? Could this really be right? "Cause when I go to the TNT website the same things cost double or triple that amount. Before I agree and go to send I want to make sure I know what I am doing. I am not understanding the print system for the label etc etc
Anyone out there that understands the send by tnt option of marktplaats and can walk me through it, I would be most grateful. My Dutch and insecurity of doing this is causing me to doubt.

BTW: if anyone is looking for used items I have one of everything as not shipping back to Canada

Not sure if this is allowed.. but this is a link to everything I have for sale right now. Much more to come... couch table chairs etc etc.

I can be reached via m_j@casema.nl

    Thx
    MJ
