    My husband did the "finding" for me, in terms of doctors and midwives, but I'll ask him ...do you have any really specific questions? As far as the system, I think it is actually similar to Canada in some ways. Is your husband German? If not, does his company provide you with health insurance?
    If yes then when you go to the doctor you pay 10 Euros every 6 months... whether you've gone once, or 10 times. When I visited the obgyn there was a similar schedule in terms of frequency of visits. This guy liked to do regular ultrasounds, but I believe that there are only 2-3 "required ones.

    Hey there...I'm new to this site, so I apologise if this kind of thing has been posted already.
    Just looking for English groups/people in Erlangen. I moved here 8 mos ago, shortly before having a baby and so far have not had the time/resources to look for things to do or people to meet. Thank you internet!!
