I am a Disabled American citizen living with my dutch husband in the netherlands. I have brain damage and have a learning disability. inburgering would be imposible for me. We got called into city hall and were told in dutch ......It was our own responsibility to deal with this. can I be exempted from it? Where do I go....what papers do I need ...I have no idea where to start ....nobody will help me with this....so I hope someone out here can Thankyou for reading this...
