    Hi sarahsomar,

I live in Amsterdam and being a vintage fan myself, I have created this website: www.vintagetearoom.nl

The website aims to track the best vintage boutiques in The Netherlands and to start a web community for all the vintage lovers. Hope you will find it useful, I have listed my favorite shops from Amsterdam too.

    regards,

    Hello,

I've noticed many people are asking on forum about vintage shops in NL.

I can recommend you this "Vintage Tearoom" website: http://www.vintagetearoom.nl/

It is for all the vintage fans around here. Or, for people that simply like to discover original pieces of clothing, far away from the commercial streets of the city.

    Happy thrifting!
I am always happy to hear feedback, tips and recommendations.

    Thanks for all the answers!
Do you know which is the form on IND website that I can use to request the 'arbeid in loondienst' after 3 years?

    Thanks for the answer!

Any idea what happens when my current 5 year Knowledge Worker permint expires? It will be automatically renewed and still linked to KW status?

I've also read that one can request a regular work permit ('arbeid in loondienst') after 3 year.

Would this be a good option to apply for?

    Hello,

I've been working in Netherlands as a Knowledge Worker since 3 years by now and my permit will expire in 2012.

I would like to apply for a EU permanent work permit.
The reason I want to do it is because in 2012 I will be 30 years old and the rules for mimum salary for KW gets higher. I think this would be an impediment in the situation when I would need to find a new job.

What do you recommentd me to do? I currently have the 30% ruling, I understand a permanent working permint will not affect it, am I right?

    Thanks!
