Ok, it's not the registration in the KvK that makes the VOF, but you have to register as well. Looking at the registration form on KvK website, http://www.kvk.nl/english/Images/Formulier-10-inschrijving-vennoot_tcm63-213521.pdf, point 3.1, the BSN seems required also for the business partner. But at the same time I can read that if the partner lives abroad the change of address should be notified to the KvK. It sounds contradictory.

I would like to know if it is possible for me as already resident in The Netherlands to start a Vennootschap onder Firma with a not resident business partner (he is resident in another EU country).
