I haven't found a service catering to consumers. TNT Post limits sizes of international packages to 100x50x50cm which is way too small. UPS and Parcelforce are for companies only as far as I can tell.

    Gemeente registration and KvK registration
Do I have to be registered at the gemeente for the address for a one-man business to apply for KvK and tax office registration? Or can my gemeente registration be at a different address in another city?

As I mentioned it has happened to me before: they will dodge my pay, and a 100 EUR fine becomes 550 EUR If they can find me through my employer, why can't they just do so before I get a five-fold increase in the fine?

Good idea about going to the police station, thanks!

Hopefully they won't ask too many questions about where I live. Gotta love the bureaucracy...

Ok, I guess I'll have to wait once again for them to dodge it from my pay, including overdues, collections and no-show costs.

This happened to me before, and I ended up paying 550 EUR since the thing went all the way to court since I didn't pay the ticket, and I got a bill for that and for no-show since I didn't even know I had a ticket. How do I check whether I got a ticket, and how do I pay for it?
Since you are supposed to be registered at your new address, why don't you do that?  Then you can resolve the ticket.  It doesn't make any sense to be registered at the wrong address, it can cause a lot more problems than just your traffic ticket.  Like tax notices, IND letters, etc.

According to payroll department the payment is due to me having to declare my taxes every year, and that belastingdienst didn't receive enough premie from me. Really strange situation.

Isn't my employer suppose to take care of such payments by deducting from my take-home pay? That's how Belastingdienst themselves says it is.

Also, how do I check if I have payments from 2010 and 2011 as well overdue?

I received the following from the Burgerzaken of the town I used to be registered and live at. I don't understand the google translation entirely, but I'm assuming this has something to do with registration. Due to being an expat I can't register at my current address in another town.
