    Hello from Paris, France
    Hi,
I've been living in France for over 11 years already.  I moved here after marrying my (French) husband.Oddly enough, the whole 'getting into the epxat community' didn't interest me at the begining. What I wanted was to integrate myself into the French community as quickly as possible.  It's hard moving away from your family and friends and started all over.Luckily for me, I found I job, made friends, and 12 years later, this has become my home. But NOW I want to get back into the expat community, share my experiences with others, make it easier for people in my situation (or similar ones at any rate) to integrate into a new culture, especially the French one, since I know it so well.

I started a website/blog:www.frenchconfessions.comwhich gives smoe basic info about living in France, and mostly talks about what it's like to live with the French and in France....  more

Anwyay, I'd be happy to share my experiences with you if it can make your expat experience easier, or more enjoyable.
