I am in the process of buying an apartment in Brussels, but I am amazed about how much the prices per square metre vary. Does anyone know if there are some type of price index per square metre for Belgian real estate (for examples a web site) where I can find this information? This would be just to give me an indication if the price of the places I will loook at are way off or if they are in the range of reason.
