my spanish partner and I registered as pareja de hecho in madrid 12 years old. We have a son.  we have lived in galicia for 4 years and have not re-registered here.  we built a house on his parent's land.  As things stand, if we separate, do I have the right to claim half the house? I can't seem to get a clear answer although i understand there have been changes in the law in recent years.  thanks for any help.
