I am Italian and I know what good Italian food tastes like. At the Arcimboldo the food is good and the price too. Finally you can find traditional Italian dishes also in The Netherlands. If I lived in Haarlem I would become a usual guest.

Pizza Romana
Making "Pizza Romana" properly take times!. Mixing of flour and water, allowing the dough to rise while fermentation takes place. Stretching and shaping the dough all have to happen before the actual baking.

In Augustus 2013 vindt het wereldkampioenschap in Nederland (Zaandam) plaats, dus wees erbij!
