Has anyone who is living in NL, gone back to SA to give birth and returned back to NL?  If so, i would like to know the process you have followed i.e. what documents did you require and waiting period before you could return to NL from SA?

Does anyone know if you require a visa to transit in the UK for 3 hours from Amsterdam on route to South Africa?

I am receiving conflicting information and want to ensure i follow the correct procedure.

I am told you can transit without a visa due to having a Dutch residency permit and then i am told you need a visa because of the SA passport.

Hope to hear from someone who has experience in this.
