MVV - Apostille of BC and MC - Need your Inputs
    Dear Friends,

    Dear Friends,

My employer is currently in the process of applying for an MVV on behalf of me and my family. He has requested for an apostilled BC for my daughter and MC for my wife.

The BC was issued on Dec 2010(Tamilnadu) and the MC on Nov 2008(Tamilnadu). I have the following questions,

    1. For an apostille do they require the certificates that were issued latest by 6 months ? While a few posts in the forum say we don't need it with apostille and it was the case with legalization, yourmanindia recommend me to go start with a reissue. The problem here is the re-issue can almost end up delaying my trip by good six months.

    2. Are these certificates required right when applying for MVV by my employer or is it sufficient that you produce it @ IND Mumbai ?

    3. Currently they request for BC for my daughter and MC for my wife. But will there be a need for BC of my wife to register with the town hall ? If so should i start working on it already now ?

    5. Food is not expensive but if you go to a restaurant it is very expensive. 1000 euro for a regular living is good enough. If you are a moderate family you can save around 1200 Euros min
    6. Job search is a challenge. Until you manage some dutch you can't really make it easy to get a job. But IT companies are still a good target.

Thanks a lot osita for your response.
The 43K mentioned is inclusive of the 30% ruling. From what i understood that the 30% ruling for under 30(I am 28 now) is 38K per year. Is that not true?

    1. I was looking for international schools and found one at arnhem, but the problem is that i see it is way too expensive (4K euro annual). My prospective employer is suggesting me to admit my kid to a dutch school since it is completely free but i am confused. Have you come across such situation ? If you have kids   how have you managed with them for education ? any first hand information would be very much appreciated.

    2. What i also understood is that Partners can work, my wife has completed her PG in Computers and has some previous work experience. But she has not been working for the last 3 years. Will it be easy to find a job for her ? If not the top notch atleast entry level IT ? any clarrification is welcome again.

    Thanks in advance.
