    Hi all,
    It looks like the venue for the above course has changed. Here are the details I received from my (former) Dutch teacher today:



    Dutch language course for beginners

    Starting Monday,12th of January

    Organised by easyNL in Eindhoven

    15 lessons, once a week on Monday evening, from 19:00-21:30

    Price: 385 euro, including intake, study materials and testing

    Location:
    Scholengemeenschap Augustinianum
    van Wassenhovestraat 26
    5613 LL Eindhoven

    Take note:
    For those who have learned some Dutch before it is possible to join current classes on intermediate and advanced level (Thursday and Tuesday night respectively) or make preparations for the State Examination Dutch as a second language, program I & II. Daytime arrangements (individual or groupwise), in-company training and e-learning are possible too.

    I jsut posted bits about what I do to the original recipe.

    If you goto the American store in Amsterdam, or the grocery store in Schipol Airport, they do sell Crisco shortening.

    There is no equivalent here really, aside from solid veg oil used for frying.

    Did I miss you posting the recipe somewhere else, Utakubeta? Because I see only your tips for improving on the recipe, but not the recipe itself.

    Re: shortening, is there an equivalent here?
