well, I have had experience with different companies. The last one was Travelprotecta. In fact, it depends on what you are going to do on your trip.

I would say this: if you like architecture, castles and mountains, then you should go to the North of Portugal; if you would like beaches and mountains go to Central Portugal. Cabo da Roca and Cascais are also nice beaches. One of the most popular Portuguese sights is Belem. As for me, I really liked it:)

Yeah, Spain is a good idea! And backpacking is even better. =) I would advice to head for the Sierra Nevada National Park, it is great for hiking!
