My partner is working as a Phd in TU Delft, while I on the other hand is unemployed. We would like to take advantage of the non-working partner benefit. How do we do it and are there other tax benefits that we could take advantage of? like maybe rent benefits or tax partner benefits? how does this benefits work?

BTW, i'm a resident here since June 2010.
