    Hello,
I am Aneesh and I am now currently preparing for my Inburgering exam. I have started making my portfolio of 20 Bewijzen. I had a question regarding the same. I guess I need to collect 8 bewijzen corresponding to "Werk Hebben". Now, I spoke to my colleagues at work and my boss and collected few Bewijzen. Now, my question is whether is it ok to just get those forms filled and signed by my colleages or do I also need some official stamp of the Company to authenticate those forms ? I am speaking about the "Bewijsformulier Gesprekken".
I ask this because my Company being a private one does not seem to have a seal or a stamp! Let me know on this. Thanks a lot!

in the topic Housing Query (Amsterdam) in the forum Housing in the Netherlands
    Dear All,

I had been living in Amsterdam for close to 1 year. I currently live in a rented appartment sharing with another person. We have signed the housing lease together with the landlord. Now, if one of us wishes to move and change the house, what happens to the existing lease ? Or would a new lease have to be made with the landlord ? Let me know if anyone encountered such a situation.

    Regards,
    Aneesh

in the topic Highly Skilled Migrant visa in the forum Legal Problems in the Netherlands
    Hi people,

I had a question. I am currently under a one year contract with my company and have a kennis migrant status. My residence permit expires in May 2011.

I would mostly be given a contract extension by the company but I'll get to know for sure only by Feb or March 2011. Now, I would have to apply for an extension of my kennis migrant residence permit. My question is that,

    1) what documents would I need from the company to apply for the extension ? Would I need a new Job contract with salary details etc or would an employer statement that states that my contrcat would be extended is enough ?

    2) The IND website says that I need to apply 3 months in advance for the extension. I always thought that in order to maintain the continuity in the residence permit, it suffices to apply for permit extension just before the current residence expires. Let me know.

    3) When I first applied for the kennis migrant residence permit, my company had taken care of the application procedure with the IND. However, now they say that I need to do it myself and they will provide me the required documents. Let me know if this is normallly the case or should I ask my company to do it..Is it a straight forward procedure to apply for kennis migrant permit extension..

    Thanks. Awaiting some replies.

    Best Regards,
    Aneesh

The full sentence on the sticker was "Arbeid wel/niet toegestaan"

"niet" was crossed out..and it stands as "Arbeid wel toegestaan" which translates to "labour, however, permitted"...

Ah, sorry then you are unable to work on that permit. I guess they were right and you do need to wait for the full card...

I checked the sticker. It has "Arbeid wel toegestaan" not crossed out..

On the sticker near the botton there should be "Arbeid vrij toegestaan" NOT crossed out. You can use that to prove that you're legally eligable to work.
