I am a software engineer, a system admintrator in Unix to be precise working in India,New Delhi.A number of my reletives are staying in Germany.Due to some family restrictions ,I may have to move over to Germany though not permanently.Hence I am exploring all employment oppertunities available in Germany.
How much IT is there in Germany ? I have searched on net and found that english trainers are in high demand in Germany. Is it possible to work as a trainer initially and simulataneously look for IT jobs?.Are there any special exams that should be given which would qualify you to work as a english trainer? My hold over english is good.I am OK in German though it would require some work before it gets finetuned. But I dont figure that as too tough because I am good when it comes to mastering new languages.
My degree is in Electrical Engineering. Is it possible to work as an trainer of under-grads in a college and at the same time pursue an MS in Engg(ME/Mtech equivalent).I have heard that there are a large number of Engineering colleges in Germany, considered to be a technological hub.
I am system administrator in Unix though I have fair amount of experience in Windows as well.Does it not make me eligible for a number of jobs as windows is used almost everywhere and reparing/maintainence would be universal requirement?
I am not sure whether what I am thinking is correct or not and how workable these suggestions are.Any advice in this regard would be highly appreciated.
Thanks
