I have a very nice 3-roomed corner-apartment with a sunny garden available at Benoordenhout.  

The rental price is E1100 exclusive, or E1150 including TV and wireless internet connection but excluding utilities (gas, water, electricity), or E1300 all inclusive. Service costs are always included in the rental price.

The apartment will be professionally cleaned, its garden refreshed and available in July for a rental period of six months minimum.

I am the owner, so there will be no extra charges, which you would get renting through an agency.
