I am not sure if you are eligible for the temporary visas or not. Did you guys got married? If yes then you need to go back to your home country and then your partner could sponsor you. You could go back to him on a spouse visa soon if his documents are strong enough to prove that you won't be a liability to that country and your sponsor already have enough funds. You will even need the best Immigration Attorneys to guide you through the process.
