Hi all:
I'd like to know if it is a common practice, or it is regulated by dutch law that if for example you rent a room or apartment for 1 year and then you need to move, you can do so informing your landlord 1 month in advance. I suppose in the end it needs to be in the contract but it is almost always the case?
