Should no lawyer reply, please do an internet search for 'juridisch loket' (like www.hetjl.nl) as the purpose of these are to give free legal advice to people in the Netherlands. They are not lawyers, but maybe they could give you suggestions that you haven't considered.
Thanks Osita again. Let's hope someone will come with a good advices.Ok i will try that link as well.Goodnight.  less

Actually i've a girlfriend from france who is working in holland since few years and we are planning to get married in holland and stay here.So for getting married what are the required documents ? The thing that has saddened me is "i dont have passport of my country and also i cant go there due to political reasons for it".Only i have is my birth-certificate and unmarried certificate.
So i want to know is it impossible to carry on this procedure without the passport of mine  or it works without having it? Every suggestions are warm welcome.anyone,Please help me !!!   Thank you in advance..  less
