    Hi to all,
I am a graduate student from Dutch university. And now i have got zoekjaar. I know basic options of KM, finding a job with salary 26.931 euro or start a new business. But I want to know more available options for extension. I am here in Netherlands for six years and all these years I applied for extension on time and I have got now 7th resident permit which is zoekjaar. And now I have to find a job with salary 26.931 euro per year for extension. But the problem is, there are no jobs available in market, even Dutch people have problem with this issue. But I want to stay here and apply for extension
Can I apply for new resident permit on base that I am here for six years without break in my six RP?
Can I apply for extension on base there is no jobs available of HIGH SKILL post with salary of 26.931 euro?...  more

The IND sends km applications to the UVW when they think that the offered salary is not 'conforming to market levels' which basically means that the salary seems artificially inflated to satisfy the km requirement.

In about half of the cases, the UVW says the salary is too high for the position offered.  But we have represented applicants whose salaries were approved by furnishing a ton of supporting documentation.

If your employer was able to demonstrate conclusively that the salary is reasonable, then the permit will be issued.

My favorite client like this so far was a Brazilian national hired as a skilled migrant to be 'Poultry Manager' at a chicken farm, the employer produced independent proof that 52,0000 euros was the typical salary for this position which surprised everybody including me.

This is kind of off-topic, and it would have been more appropriate to start a new thread for this, but here's my answer:

It sounds like the IND has doubts as to whether the salary you are being offered is market-rate for the type of work you have been offered. That is a requirement for the KM regulation: i.e., it's not enough for the salary you have been offered to be sufficient, but it also has to be a reasonable salary (and not excessive) for the position you have been offered. To give a concrete example I have seen of an application being rejected based on the advice of the UWV: €26,931.00 to manage a pizza parlor, for a recent graduate with no experience in that particular field, was considered to be excessive.
