However, in English there are so many different accents (Australia, NZ, India, USA, Scottish, Irish and so on) that a foreigner needs to be able to speak is so sooo well. Even us English have difficulty sometimes! I also speak French and Spanish, and French is very useful if only because - till recently - the French refuse to learn English!
