  So there's been a big kerfuffle about them not getting it.
  I think its amusing them being all devastated about it.
  FIFA chairman Blatter has been investigated for serious fraud a few times over the years.
  Everyone knows that FIFA is crooked yet the english FA and Premiership have been happily doing business deals with them.
  Whats the big deal about it all ? What do people expect when they do business with crooks?
  The highest bidder got it. I wonder how much 'sponsorship' russian energy companies will be putting forward ? LOL.
  Its crooked - they all knew that and they haven't hardly said anything about it in the past.

  OK I know it is mean, but also highly amusing. Very sore losers.
  The mayor of London apparently withdrew the invitations for the Olympics for FIFA bobos (Dutch word for highly placed sports officials).

  Its about huge sponsorship deals.
  Multinationals have way too much power.
  I'm not interested in big money sport or big money anything else for that matter.
  I always look forward to seeing the corporate clubs getting beat.

  What worries me more is that Qatar will built air-conditioned stadiums. I have seen a presentation video of it and those stadiums are beautiful, but imagine the energy it will cost to keep all those people cool.
