I will be travelling on business biweekly so my flat will be unusued for one week at a time, Someone can rent it out on a weekly basis but must leave every week unless I am away for 2 weeks so you must be able to adapt and have alternate place to stay when I return. One day overlaps are no problem. In august, I will be away for 3 weeks. Weekly rental is 200/week and 3 weeks will be prorated at the 750/month rate. There is internet and washing machines on the premises and the place is fully furnished and only one person can rent.
