  I bought an item at a shop but they took the same amount of money twice. Is there anything I can do about this?

  Simply go back to the shop with a copy of your bank statement (to prove they debited your account twice) and the original kassa bon/receipt and show them.

  Also nowadays you can just dispute the charge via internet banking.
