  Hi all!

   

  I will move to Amsterdam next week (the 21 of May) to seach aparments. I will work in a company there so I need a place to stay for a year (minimum). 

   

  I have been using the following housing-sites:

  but its always interesting posting in places like this. My search criteria are:

   

  - Furnished

  - 1 year contract (minimum)

  - Available from now would be great or the 1st of June its fine.

  - 1200€/m max 

  - 1 bedroom.

   

  Any help you can provide, guys, would be great!

  I have a flat for rent on Passeerderstraat in Jordaan. It´s the best and most central area in Amsterdam just a few steps away from Leidseplein. It´s available from 1 June.

  Hi,
  We have a large and new appartment available as well. It is 110 sqm and is newly constructed. It has 3 bedrooms, a walk-in closet, a groceries and washing room, a living room with an open kitchen and a large balcony/terras. It also has a parkingplace for a car. The house has a nice kitchen with all facilities and bathroom with bath, separate shower and 2 sinks. Further on the house is situated on the Hoofweg, within the circel higway around the city and therefore close to all places around Amsterdam. Also there is great connection closeby by tram, bus, metro, highway and ofcourse by bicycle.
  
  If you want you can come by next week. We will be away untill sunday, but monday I can show you the house.
