Hi all,
I am non-EU kennis migrant in NL, I decided to finally do the inburgering course as I am going to hit 5 year mark soon and want to apply my next permit as PR. I went to this ROC in Amsterdam where they give course sponsored by govt.
Can I join such course ofcourse not for free I want to pay, the reason I want that course is because of group I will get. And then it will be inburgering course with portfolio and all instead of some private dutch course, with very less success (I had bad experience in the past with such courses).
I went to that place but this guy don't know what to do, after seeing my permit, he just said I cannot do course here even if I said I can pay, he seems doubtful and asked his colleague who seems to be equally doubtful.
Now, my question is can I do inburgering course after paying in govt sponsored places. Somebody has any experience in this.
Or any other suggestion for people who wants to do inburgering in private space.
Please reply before i lost interest in this whole inburgering thing :).
Anybody ? blackwater, chakedeindia or cool_john I see you guys passed the inburgering exam. Can you please give me some tips. did you followed inburgering course and from where?
Note : This forum don't allow mail among memeber unless they are friends, so addressing you here, hope its fine.
Thanks for reply blackwater, the first question I have is about the course itself. Did you joined some private lessons? I went to Gemeente operated institute at my place hoping that they will admit me but even after offering full fees for the course they asked me to contact some private lessons. I now contacted Iviointegratie, they gave me positive reply and I scheduled an interview with them. I am poor in dutch (speaking part) I can read and understand it good, do you think my goal of passing this inburgering (level A2) before I apply for my RP next year is feasible.
I also heard that there are two things either you give individual level exam (staatsexamen) or you do inburgering, is ther any other option. Whats better?
Or any other fast track to get to level A2 (not exmption exam I think its hard).
Please tell what path you followed.
Hi. I do not think gemeente and gemeente sponsered schools will allow you. At least I could not find one. May be you have to take private course. There are lots of private schools . So depends where u are. However you can go to gemeente and check with them. Atleast they can tell nearest school in their lcality. Everthing is possible it depends how much effort u can putin...most importantly do you like to learn dutch or not? I hope this will be helpful. Cheers

I did 1 year course from gemeentee but it was for NT2 not for inburgering.but after few months i realized inburgering is much easy to pass. so i paid for exam myself but passed in one go. rest add me as friend we can talk on phone that will be easier for me to tell rather than writing here
Hi Blackwater, I have many questions regarding inburgeren A2 exams. I lived for more than 5 years in holland and want to apply for PR first and then apply for Dutch passport. I am a highly skilled migrant from India. Passing Inburgern A2 will it be enough for PR and dutch passport.
I learnt dutch intermediate level in a school in amsterdam and now can speak, understand dutch survival level. I want to join some training classes for inburgern A2 to study it in fast track.
Can you suggest some school where you studied or provide your contact if possible for a quick chat.
regards
Ak
As shown by "ldyparadox99" under another topic Inburgeringscursus, you can check by the website blikopwerk.nl. Click on the left side "INBURGEREN". There you can find a list of "approved" schools providing courses all round NL. Just specify your choice to the areas. Hope this helps as a starting point for your search. Do tell us if the school you go (whether it is under the above-mentioned website or not) good or bad. Share your valuable information.
