  Dear Expats,
  I have a question about if I can apply for the Studiefinanciering.

   

  My situation:
  I want to apply a master study in Sep 2012. and I want to apply Studiefinanciering and pay tuition fee as a EU student.
  
  My husband is kennismigrant with ID Type I, till 1 Oct 2012, he will complete 5 years stay in NL). He is not European citizen.
  
  In Nov 2012 I will be 30 years old. (to get the Studiefinanciering, I have to apply before my 30st)

  My question is:

  1. If I get the voortgezet verblijf, am I entitled to apply for Studiefinanciering? I don't know if voortgezet verblijf can satisfy criterias below Nationaliteitenschema?

  2. Am I entitled to apply the voortgezet verblijf? (I have been living in NL more than 3 years, but my husband is non european.)

  If you're EU and have been working here for >3 or 6 months (can't remember which right now) for over 48 hours a month than yes.
