May be a chance for people to use a video camera to record it and show the police...
We live along a main road and sometimes get idiots using the car horn constantly all the way down the road, though thankfully I've not heard it done in the night time.
I wish that they would introduce a €1000 fine or 3 month prison sentence, give the public the choice, for people/idiots using their mobile phone while driving their cars. Incredible the amount of people that do it here! The other day I saw an angry motorcyclist that nearly had an accident with a car driver, she was still using her mobile when she stopped!
