It's a global meet up of people who like to knit or crochet, so kind of lame that the word "*****" is considered inappropriate here... If you google it, you can find groups in any major city. I was hoping to find some people to do these meet ups with in Den Haag.
Usually you meet up at a coffee place, like the Coffee Company and knit, chat, meet people.
