I have just set up my stamrecht BV but am struggling to understand restrictions/rules/opportunities of using it for investment. Even the commercial advice companies aren't interested to help as I have already set the company up and so there is little in it for them. My Dutch is not good enough to get in to some of the details so I'm looking for advice or insights in English.
Does anyone have knowlege of companies or gov departments who could provide information or, has someone gone through the same themselves and would be willing to have a chat?

You can only send messages to people on your friends list. Go to his profile and click on 'Add to My Friends' and when he accepts, you can then send each other PM's.
